Product and Service Availability
Normally we ship the product within 1-3 business days after you place your order. However, we cannot guarantee that a product marked as "in stock" will be shipped right away, as inventory can change from time to time. If a previously "in stock" product is sold out when your order is processed, we will contact you.
Colors:
We try to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, but because colors can render very differently between display devices, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display of any color will be true to life.
Products:
Prices of the products and services on the site may change without notice.
Shipping:
Free shipping is for online orders within 48 contiguous states to a commercial address only (via UPS Ground and there is a surcharge for some areas).
We may ship via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx. For overseas shipping, please contact our customer service, and we will contact you shortly by email.
Returns:
You may return unopened products, with your receipt, for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges.) if you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us in 48 hours after the product has been delivered. A 25% restocking charge of the receipt will be applied to all returns. No merchandise can be returned for credit or exchange without authorization. No return or exchange after 30 days of the invoice date.
Sales Tax:
By law, we charge applicable sales tax on product shipped to or billed to the address in California.
